Rethina K. Kumar
Managing Director
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Madras University and Chief Engineer (Class I Motor, F.G.), qualified by the U.K. Department of Transport.
With over 30 years of technical and management experience, Mr. Kumar has sailed as Chief Engineer and held senior positions in ship management companies.
He is a certified ISM Internal Auditor, CSO/PFSO under ISPS Code, and a ClassNK HAZMAT Expert, leading the company’s growth through innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Balakrishnan
Chief Financial Officer
A Commerce graduate from Madras University and an experienced banker with over 30 years across nationalized banks.
He has served as Executive Director and Acting Chairman of Andhra Bank Ltd., and was instrumental in establishing the United Stock Exchange (Mumbai) for foreign currency derivatives.
He oversees Lilly Maritime’s financial planning, tax strategy, and corporate governance.
Vishwaprashanth R. Kumar
Director – Offshore & Tanker Operations
A Mechatronic Engineering graduate from SRM University with a Master’s in Control, Microsystems & Microelectronics.
He manages offshore and tanker vessel operations, ensuring compliance with ISO and ISM Codes and liaising with classification societies and regulatory authorities.
He is responsible for driving technological innovation and operational efficiency across managed fleets.
